CVE-2026-53935
Cilium is a networking, observability, and security solution. Prior to 1.17.16, from 1.18.2 to 1.18.9, and from 1.19.0 to 1.19.3, users with the ability to create CiliumLocalRedirectPolicies can specify arbitrary ClusterIPs via addressMatcher, enabling hijacking traffic to Services in any namespace and bypassing namespace scoping enforced by serviceMatcher.
deleting such a policy can also corrupt Cilium internal service state and stop service translation for the affected Service. This issue is fixed in versions 1.17.16, 1.18.10, and 1.19.4.

ATT&CK techniques
1Techniques this CVE enables. Pills with a solid outline are high confidence - named directly in ATT&CK or Nuclei, or human-curated by CTID; the rest are inferred from the weakness type using MITRE's CVE Mapping Methodology and the CWE → CAPEC chain. Broad, generic-weakness guesses are filtered out. A small N× marks a technique that N independent sources agree on.
