phpMyFAQ before 4.1.2 contains an unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability in BuiltinCaptcha::garbageCollector() and BuiltinCaptcha::saveCaptcha() methods that interpolate unsanitized User-Agent headers into DELETE and INSERT queries.
