UNSUPPORTED WHEN ASSIGNED A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in D-Link DAR-7000-40 V31R02B1413C. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /useratte/resmanage.php. The manipulation of the argument file leads to unrestricted upload.

How they combine: KEV, or a dependable Metasploit module, means patch now regardless of CVSS. High CVSS + low EPSS + no exploit is real but not an emergency - schedule it. Low CVSS but KEV-listed still gets patched now. The verdict above already weighed these for you; this is how it got there.
