Concrete CMS versions 9.0.0 to 9.3.2 and below 8.5.18 are vulnerable to Stored XSS in RSS Displayer when user input is stored and later embedded into responses. A rogue administrator could inject malicious code into fields due to insufficient input validation. How to read a CVE - triage first, then detect and patch

How they combine: KEV, or a dependable Metasploit module, means patch now regardless of CVSS. High CVSS + low EPSS + no exploit is real but not an emergency - schedule it. Low CVSS but KEV-listed still gets patched now. The verdict above already weighed these for you; this is how it got there.
